FIRST FLOOR: Enter through a front hall that opens into a large spacious Living Room with plentiful seating and adjustable couch, fireplace, and doors opening to the covered porch and garden beyond. Kitchen with high end appliances, gas stove, plentiful counter-space and SubZero refrigerator. Dining area with seating for eight and bar. Den opens up off of Dining room through sliding glass doors, comfortable leather couch that is sizable enough to double as a bed and a large flat screen television. Full bathroom with shower only which includes large washer and dryer. Air conditioning on this floor.

SECOND FLOOR: Spacious Primary Bedroom with King bed, high ceilings, office area, air conditioning, and walk in closet. Primary bathroom with soaking tub and separate shower. Two charming, sunny Queen Bedrooms share a hallway bathroom with combined tub and shower.

THIRD FLOOR: Playroom that includes two twin beds. Please note that this space is NOT a designated sleeping space as it lacks a second point of egress.

LOWER LEVEL: Ping pong table
